Ensure all data provided to the other party is detailed, accurate and current. By doing so a better matching can be found with less back and forth communications. - Be Transparent
Disclose all relevant information upfront. - Be Professional and Law-abiding
QuestBid serves all business categories for both consumers and local business providers. Most of these business transactions are personal and a lot of personal information are involved. All parties should maintain a high-level of professionalism and abide by applicable federal and state laws. - Provide Feedback and Report Questionable Behavior

Guidelines for Consumers
- Be Genuine
We understand sometimes you as a consumer want to test the water. That is ok. Go ahead be honest by stating so. Most providers understand good business starts from genuine inquiry which may not result in a sale. Good providers will be interested to answer your inquiry and hope you will return as a true customer in the future. This is exactly what happens in real life and there is nothing wrong with that. - State Your Requirement Clearly
QuestBid want to make your provider searching as convenient and efficient as possible. By stating your requirement clearly, only the providers who can satisfy your request will move to the next round. This way both parties spend the effort only on potential transactions with high success rate. - Rate/Review Mindfully
You may rate any provider you've contacted through QuestBid Marketplace. However, your rating for a provider with whom you've closed to do business carries more weight because you experienced the full extent of the provider’s service. So, please rate thoughtfully so that others can benefit from your feedback.- If you contacted a provider, but the contact does not lead to a transaction -- Your rating should be based on how responsive a provider was in answering your inquiry.
- If you contacted a provider which leads to a transaction -- Your rating should be based on how responsive a provider was in answering your inquiry, the quality of the service and how competitive of the rate.
Guidelines for Providers
- No Advertisement in the Form of Request
On QuestBid, you understand that the form of Request is exclusively for consumers to express genuine service need. You can not circumvent this restriction to post advertisement for your business in the form of request. Circumvention of this restriction by any means is expressly forbidden under our Terms of Use. - Stand Behind Your Bids/Proposals
Don't provide a false proposal to draw in a consumer and then "readjust" your proposal. We created QuestBid to encourage transparency and competition. Only sound business practices will bring you good business. No Gimmicks or dramas. - Disclose all Terms of the Proposal
Be upfront and transparent with various rates and fees so that consumers will regard you as a trusted provider. Do not use hidden cost or surcharge. Helpful providers will get good ratings on QuestBid, leading to more business down the road. - No Spamming
If you have made contact with a consumer and things didn't work out, please be professional and end your contact with that person. Do not add their contact information to your promotional lists or provide their contact information to others unless you specifically ask for the consumer permission first. - Obey the Law
