Hello, my name is samanta I am 22 yrs old female and i'm looking for someone to move in by Jan 15th if possible. Its a small room which probably holds a full size bed and a decent size tv. in a 3 bedroom house. The closet is located on the outside of the room. We are very creative and friendly females. Males/Females are welcome. We are located in the Mill Basin area and there is no problem getting to public transportation. The buses in the area are 6, 82 and 47 and the L train which is a few bus stops away. The rent is $600 everything included except Con ed which is separate. We all split the con ed bill equally. We generally have no rules and we like to have fun. We keep the place clean and we help out with everything in the house. We are 420 and Gay friendly because we judge no one.
