From the picture, it's obvious to me that when the fence was constructed, one or two things were done improperly. (1) The 4x4 posts were not cement supported, and(2) pressure treated wood was not used, and the bottom of the post has rotted from being in direct contact with the ground. My bid price of $120.00 is for my labor only. Any necessary materials i.e. 4x4 post, cement would be an additional expense. It appears that most, if not all of the actual fence is reusable. My method of installing posts doesn't require re-inforcement, and is guaranteed for 15 years.
