I'm seeking a privately owned 2 Bed room home, townhouse, or duplex for rent on a long term basis. I've been with my current landlord for 5 years and NEVER been late. I'm stable and looking for a GREAT landlord that takes care of their property and responsive to your tenant’s needs and concerns. The neighborhood MUST be quiet, clean, and safe. I prefer hardwood floors and updated amenities. No mold problems! NO dogs/cats! NO loud music! NO bugs! NO smoking! The home MUST have an area to grill. The areas I’m interested in are: Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Los Altos, Southern San Fran, Redwood City, or any area in between. It would be awesome if your property is in Wilcox or Cupertino high school district.

$1000 for a two bedrooms in these areas will be tough. You might want to adjust your budget upward to the neighborhood of $1300 at least or settle for a one bedroom.
Anyway we will relax your criteria a bit to see how it goes.
