We are looking for a 3 bedroom in or near city of san francisco. We are a couple with two children. Some of the important things we are looking for are:
new kitchen and bath features;
have decent sized living room;
dog friendly and Close to transportation to UCSF;
one dedicated parking spot.






This flat contains a spacpe living room tow decent bedroom, plus a small den which may be used as a third twin-size bedroom even though not very comfortable.
Kitchen and bath was remodeled last fall.
We allow dog in th unit.
UCSF is in walking distance
No parking spot is included. Tanants may park in or outside a supermarket (andronice's) two blcoks away.
The base rent is $2,800 /mo. The utility is $80/person/mo. Security deposit is $1,500 15 day advance notice is required for moving out.
The unit is expected to be vacant around mid this coming week.

NO PETS, NO DOGS, NO CATS, ETC. Has an older (1956 vintage Kitchen/bath) interior features, never remodeled. We've had numerous doctors and their families in the past from UCSF. All have walked to work from our rental. The neighborhood is very quiet and the block is a U shaped street, so it only gets traffic that has business on the block (no thru traffic). Most of us leave our doors unlocked with our kids because the neighborhood has had little to no crime.

It will be helpful if you briefly describe you and the occupants, the typical questions a landlord would ask. The key to get response is for the tenant to provide sufficient information so the landlord can make a informed decision.
