Enjoy hours of hiking and biking this summer in the wooded hills just behind the house in the Leona Heights reserve. The house is centrally located (i.e. no driving way up hill) and yet tucked away in a small, safe neighborhood. We're minutes away from Mills College or Holy Names Univ. and a 15-20 minute drive to The City and either Rockridge, Fruitvale or Coliseum BART. Easy 13 and 580 accesses.We're on a cul de sac, so it's a quiet, low traffic area.
The house is a 3 bedroom (plus small guest room) with:2 baths, washer-dryer, dishwasher, gas stove/heater. There's a fireplace and cable in living room. The house has a high-speed wireless network. Storage available in the garage. Tons of free, safe parking.
The room gets good sun with south & west-facing windows. The windows are elevated from the ground outside making the room secure. Extra closet space available in the house!
We have 1 1/2 non-yippy dogs (the 1/2 dog is a shared pet - on site a couple of weeks a month). Gardening possibilities abound but landscaping is provided. It's all hills and trails behind us.
We are 1 male and 1 female - all tidy, respectful, fun professionals with a comfortable and warm home life.
