I'm a late-20s, very responsible, non-smoking female. I have stable employment (full-time Assistant Professor at Sonoma State). I don't have any pets, but am considering getting a small dog if I can find a suitable place that will accept dogs. If your apartment is amazing, then I can compromise on not getting a pet.

I am looking for a decently-sized 1-BD apartment (i.e., I have both a full-sized couch and loveseat; queen bed). I can commit to a 1-year lease and probably longer b/c my job is stable and I'm ready to not move again for a while. I assume I'll be paying rent between $1300-1600, but if you have amenities like a dishwasher, washer/dryer, or parking space, then I'd consider paying more.
