Hello, Hola, Ciao,

I'm a financially stable, soon to be 24, male Cinema student at SFSU. It seems like no one wants a student because either they are unreliable, immature, or messy. I am none of the above and I assure you rent is always paid on time, I wash my dishes, have no problem taking turns cleaning common areas, and never bring drama into the house. If you work a 9-5, I'm not loud at night, and you won't even notice me. I spend most of my time in school, as I carry a max load of units, and hope to find another job when I move back to SF. Don't let not having a job turn you off, because I get enough financial aid and have enough savings to cover over a year's worth of rent+utilities. My family also helps me out when I get into a tight spot (but I rarely ever need). I like to have fun, so I'm hoping I don't have any troll like roommates whose only concern is that rent is paid, and aren't interested in making it "home". We don't have to be new " omg besties" or anything like that, just have open communication, and maybe do some stuff together. I watch movies (into everything, but mostly Italian stuff and 80s trash), go bar hopping, visit Amoeba, the RedVic, play video games, chill with friends, or just relax. LGBT friendly.

What want: A room big enough to fit a full size bed, a desk, and a TV stand. I also have a little mini-fridge, that doesn't need to fit in the room, and can be used for something else (beer fridge???), or gotten rid of. All you have to be is somewhat clean (not Merry Maids clean, just reasonable), not into hard drugs, and not keep a prison-like household. Guests should be okay (though I rarely have anyone over), and occasional drinks in the house. I don't smoke but 420 is okay. I'm not really interested in living near SFSU due to it being a hassle to get out of the outer Sunset district because of how bad MUNI has gotten over the last couple of years (45 minutes for a bus that's supposed to come every 12???). Meat friendly. Being able to cook is also a must. I like eating out but not EVERY day. No drama queens, no parolees, no boregasms. 20-40 years old.
