My name is Joanna! I am Barista at Peet's coffee and finishing my undergrad at Laney College.
I need a nice place to stay starting August 1st. Finding a nice place is really difficult especially when your 21-year-old, like myself. People get discouraged by age, but I DO have good credit as well as good rental history, thank you.

Here is the living situation I am looking for:
-Females preferred or a family who lives in a house
-Somewhere in the east bay close to a BART, within walking distance
-People who are NOT anal or overbearing
-People who communicate respectfully and effectively
-People who respect privacy
-People who are mostly drama-free and are happy with themselves

I really don't think that is asking much, but that's up for you to decide. I am queer-friendly, open to any race or religion. I am interested in living with a family cause I come from a big one (7 siblings!) and I do like children. Pet's are also great, too.
My schedule is booked with work and school, so basically I need a nice place to sleep.
