I am a professional female looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apt/condo/duplex for rent.
About me - I am 32, single, have a great job and am a perfect tenant. I own a home in Sacramento - but have it rented out and am working in San Jose. I have great credit, and have 2 landlord references from the past 2 years here in San Jose.
What I am looking for:
1 or 2 bedroom apt/condo
(No cottages, no roomates)
W/D in unit
Parking for 2 cars (prefer garage but carport is ok)
balcony or some kind of backyard (not shared)
Rent to include water/trash
No section 8 housing
Furthest south - bernal exit, downtown furthest North, no East side please
Heat/AC in unit
Somewhat updated since the 80's....
