We are currently looking for a condo, duplex or town house for rent where we could settle down for a while, 1-2 years. Ready to move in for September 1st.

About us:

We are a married professional couple with no kids and a 3 years old cocker-spaniel. She's 25 pounds, very nice and well trained. We are very stable, quiet, nonsmoker and clean people. We would take care of the house like if it was ours. We are looking for a calm and clean neighborhood between the 101 and the mountains in the Peninsula area.

Our needs:

Location: Around Redwood City (Peninsula)

We need a place on the ground level with a patio or a small yard, washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big living room and dinning area, one parking spot and some storage space.

Clean and renovated place.

We can provide excellent references and credit check.
