$1100 responsible, clean, queer seeks dream apartment

Visitor: Housing_seeker
Budget($): 1100
Location: San Francisco, CA
Time Frame: 3 days

I'm not sure if it's possible to get everything I'd ever want in one single apartment, but I thought I'd try an exercise in manifesting my future (housing) destiny :) If you have any leads that might fit (even if more in the spirit than the letter of this ad), please write!

What I envision:

A beautiful apartment that is centrally located in a safe, not-too-busy, but very-near-cool-stuff area with easy access to public transit, and ideally bart. The locations I'm particularly interested in include mission-dolores, church & market, and duboce triangle. I envision an open kitchen to cook in, some shared space to relax/entertain in, laundry access, and a decent amount of storage (a good sized closet or extra storage elsewhere in the apartment). The space would feel warm, friendly, clean, and well taken care of.

I hope for roommates I can feel at home with, share food/conversation/stories with, and maybe... (I feel like this is a taboo on craigslist) even become friends with! But yes, respect everyone's independence as well. They would be clean, responsible, communicative, friendly, and all that good roommate stuff. I also secretly hope for additional queer/creative energy in the house! But I use these terms loosely and they could come in the form of super-queer-friendly straight folks.

And a little about me:

I am 28, somewhat new to SF (less than a year), and work for a solar energy company downtown. I'm in a good housing situation right now that is temporary but open-ended, so I'm not in a rush to move until I find the right place, but it would be nice to find it soon! I enjoy cooking, yoga, checking out artsy shows, lying around in dolores park, volunteering, and other randomness. I am a low-key roommate, responsible, friendly, considerate, a non-smoker with no pets, and unfortunately allergic to cats.

Feel free to ask any questions, and thanks for any info!
