$1600 Recent Grads Seeking 2br Apartment for 1 Year or Less

Budget($): 1600

Time Frame: 3 days

We are two recent college graduates relocating from Chicago to San Francisco in August seeking a 2 bedroom apartment (furnished or non-furnished). As we are young professionals, we are interested in renting in a fun and lively area, although we are open to any location within the city limits. Currently we are seeking a one-year lease or less; a monthly lease is a definite possibility, as we are both planning to attend graduate school in Fall of 2011. Although we are recent graduates, we both worked throughout college and have plenty of rent money available and good credit scores (statements available upon request). We are hoping to keep our rent to $1600/month, although we would be able to go higher if most or all utilities are included.

We are one 22-year-old woman and one 23-year old man, non-smokers, responsible, drama-free, and easy going. We're not looking to host loud parties or pets in our apartment. We are both musicians (pianists) and like to go to local shows, see good films, listen to good music, and cook (sometimes). And, while we both like meeting new people, we are not looking to split an apartment with other roommates.

We have friends in the Bay Area who are excited to check out apartments for us, so please e-mail if you have any information on available apartments with your name, phone number, location of the apartment, and any pictures you may have (I check my e-mail pretty often, so you'll get a response within two days maximum). Thanks for your time, and we hope to hear from you soon!
