Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a female only to sublet my room in the month of August. Move in date is Aug 8, move out would be Aug 31, with possibility of extension. Unfortunately, the room will not be furnished, but it's very sunny, with 3 windows and one very cute window seat. There is a nice size closet, private sink in the bedroom and hardwood floors!

You'll be sharing the house with 3 other people. We have laundry+dryer machines in the house, great living room and one beautiful backyard, where we can always barbecue and enjoy the sun (or the fog).

We are on Ashbury St, halfway between Haight and Waller. We are literally steps away from bars, restaurants, Golden Gate park, MUNIs that go everywhere, and a great little grocery with (in my opinion) the best produce selection in the area! There's also a great Farmers Market every Wednesdays!

The money: Rent is $600 for the period 8/8-8/31, with PG&E, internet and cable TV included.

About us:
Deron: 34 years old. Splits his time between working as a software engineer downtown (nine to fiveish), thinking about finishing his thesis, and visiting his girlfriend in Austin.

Beth: 32 year old female, moved from NY about 1 year ago. Works in online marketing and enjoys going for run/walks around the city, going out on occasion, and having dinner with friends.

Ronnie: 30 years old, works as a videographer for a cultural exchange company in the city. Ronnie is originally from New Orleans, so his main household chore is to keep us fat and happy on legit New Orleans cuisine.

Me: I'm Patricia, from Portugal and I lived in this house for 1 year and a half. These were wonderful times, but now I'm going back to Europe. I'm leaving on Aug 7th, so it would be great to have someone to stay with my room at least till the end of August.

About you:
You are female, somewhere in your mid 20’s to late 30’s, preferably working on a regular schedule (Basically, who respects everyone’s schedule) and you like cleaning up after yourself.
