We have rats eating holes in our heating ducts. leaving droppings and poison is leaving decomposing bodies. We have a crawl space under the house, which probably needs sealing and protecting, and, possibly, setting and inspecting of traps. We will also eventually need to repair the heating ducts but don't want to do that until we have dealt with the pests.
