1) Room dimension: Approximately 11' x 12' with a patio door access to the backyard

2) Shared bathroom with two other tenants (I currently have one male SFSU student occupying one room)

3) Shared PG&E, water bills, and internet with everyone in the house (roughly $50/month). Sorry, NO cable, Comcast, and Direct TV

4) There is no living room and dining room

5) Deposit $400 is required and will be returned when move out and clean up both the ROOM and the COMMON AREA. In the event that you don't clean up both, you will be charged $80 for the cleaning fee

6) First and last months' rent are required in addition to the deposit

7) Washer and Dryer are included (in the basement)

8) Please NO smoking, NO drugs, NO 420, and NO pets (very seriously)

9) Easily access to M & K Street Cars, Bus #28, Bus #29, Balboa Park Bart Station

10) Walking distance to Ocean Avenue where restaurants and stores are located
