I'm looking for a Gardener to maintain my lawn on a regular basis, either weekly or biweekly, providing the following services:
1) Lawn Mowing (biweekly)
2) Weed control & elimination
3) Fertilization (seasonal)
4) Flowerbed fertilization & trimming
5) Leaf blowing or cleaning in the lawn (seasonal)
6) [As needed] Sprinkler system maintenance
* Property location: West San Jose, near Miller Ave & Prospect Rd intersection
* Areas: Front & Back Lawns + Small Flowerbeds + Short bushes but no trees = total approx. 1,000 sq.ft
* Current condition: Lawn, flowerbeds in EXCELLENT condition now
Other work items like trimming the tree branches, watering, etc. will be performed by myself.
