I am looking for an apartment with other roomates for 9/1/2011. I need a dog friendly place and would like to live in either Davis Sq in Somerville, Teele Sq in Somerville, Cambridge, or Arlington. I need a dog friendly place, as I have two black lab mixes. They are both excellent dogs, well-behaved, trained. I would like to spend around $750 on rent per month, but can go as high as $950 (*this would need to include utilities at the 950 price). I am up for renting in a place that someone already has or joining with others who are looking. Ideally a 2 or 3 bed would be great, so 3 total people, yet I can go up to a bed, which would be a total of 4 roomates. I do need an apt that either has parking included or allows for street parking overnight.
